Its safe and food is good. You'll be fine.

Yes but Pho Viet is much better...

Does this place have the regular ole Chinese food options like chicken balls, fried rice, chow mein, etc?

Yes, plus lots of regular diner options, burgers, fried chicken, that sort of thing. The Chinese food is some of the best in town though.

Why no menu online?

They don't have a very good online presence but the food there is awesome.
